Video captures Michael Imperioli expelling protesters from the Broadway play “An Enemy of the People”.

Actor Michael Imperioli was caught on video expelling protesters during his Broadway play “An Enemy of the People” on Thursday (14). The protesters were from a group known as Extinction Rebellion NYC.

According to indy100, one of the activists allegedly interrupted the play shouting: “I object to the silencing of scientists.”

“I’m sorry to interrupt your evening and this incredible performance. I am a theatre artist, I work professionally in theatre and I am throwing away my career,” continued the protester.

Imperioli shouted louder “You need to leave. You are disrupting.” Subsequently, the actor from “The Sopranos” began to push the activist out.

Other protesters appeared in the audience with slogans: “no Broadway on a dead planet” and “no theatre on a dead planet.” Imperioli expelled them as well.
